Option 1 — Delete via the App

Open the Haviva app and log in to your account.

Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

Go to My Account → Account Settings.

Scroll to the Close Account section and tap Delete Account.

Confirm your decision in the prompt. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us from your registered Haviva email address:

What Data Is Deleted
| Account & login credentials | Permanently deleted |
| Personal profile (name, email, phone) | Permanently deleted |
| Transaction & payment records | Permanently deleted |
| Uploaded documents (Aadhaar, ID, Licence) | Permanently deleted |
| Service requests | Permanently deleted |
| Rewards records | Permanently deleted |
| Emergency & vehicle information | Permanently deleted |
| Activity logs | Permanently deleted |
| Legal & financial records (if required by Indian law) | Retained per law |
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is deleted immediately upon confirmation. Please ensure all outstanding rent is settled before proceeding.
